Why you should come see me.
My goal is to relax the stress of your day out of your body and restore your muscles to their pre-athletic injuries.
Optional Techniques that I use during treatment include deep tissue, myofascial core, trigger point, traigger, light effleurage, hot stones, paraffin wax, aroma therapy, Asian Body Works, Thai and reflexology.
All clients are welcome. Athletes are especially welcome. I have worked with runners, bicyclists, lacrosse, hockey and equestrian athletes to present.
This is a travelling company, I come to you, give you your massage and then you get to relax in your own home. Does it get any better than that? Or with athletes, I travel to your site and work before or after games/events as you desire.
