TIP OF THE MONTH

Welcome to our first tip of the week. I am going to start very basic. Stretching. Something many don't have time to do or if we do have the time we don't have the ambition. We all need to shower, at least if we want to keep our friends. :-) Take a couple of minutes while showering to reach down and touch your toes while the hot water runs down the lower back. The heat allows the muscles of your lower back to loosen up while touching your toes stretches those muscles. Hold this for 15 seconds, relax and then repeat up to two more times. You will find that will give you a little relief as you are sitting/driving for long periods of time during the day. :-)
